摘  要:采用耐碱分散染料对再生涤纶织物分别进行精练染色一浴法加工和传统精练染色两浴法加工,通过对比两浴法与一浴法加工织物的各项性能,探究再生涤纶织物精练染色一浴法加工工艺的可行性。通过单因素试验法分别讨论染色温度、保温时间以及处理过程中烧碱浓度对织物K/S值及匀染性的影响,优化的织物精练染色一浴法加工工艺为:染色温度130℃,保温时间30 min,烧碱质量浓度1 g/L。研究发现,再生涤纶精练染色一浴法工艺与传统两浴法工艺处理的织物在染色效果、失重率、色牢度和纤维表面形貌方面相差不大,但一浴法工艺由于降低了碱用量,织物断裂强力损失少。Akali-resistant disperse dyes are used in one-bath method and two-bath method for the scouring and dyeing of regenerated polyester fabric,respectively.By comparing the properties of fabrics treated by twobath method and one-bath method,the possibility of one-bath method for regenerated polyester fabric is explored.The effects of dyeing temperature,holding time and the concentration of sodium hydrate on the K/S value and levelness of fabrics are discussed by single factor method.The optimized process for the scouring and dyeing in one bath of regenerated polyester fabric is dyeing temperature of 130℃,holding time of 30 min,and sodium hydrate concentration of 1 g/L.It is found that there is little difference for regenerated polyester fabrics obtained by one-bath method and two-bath method in terms of dyeing results,mass loss rate,color fastness and fiber surface morphology.The breaking strength of fabric treated with one-bath method is higher than the one treated with two-bath method due to the smaller usage of sodium hydrate.
