冷堆优化碱OSB-6在纯棉活性冷堆染色中的应用

摘  要:讨论了冷堆优化碱OSB-6在纯棉厚织物冷堆染色中的应用,优化了冷堆染色工艺条件。冷堆染色工艺染中、浅色时,优化碱OSB-6最佳的体积分数是20 mL/L;染深浓色时,优化碱OSB-6最佳的体积分数是30 mL/L;冷堆时间12 h或24 h。和常规轧染相比,中、浅色冷堆染色深度比轧染浅,深浓色的染色深度和轧染接近;和常规冷堆工艺相比,中、深色染色深度接近,色牢度符合质量要求。染液与冷堆优化碱OSB-6混合的稳定性与传统混碱工艺相近,冷堆优化碱OSB-6用量低,化料方便,染样手感较好。Alkali OSB-6 is applied to cold pad-batch dyeing of thick cotton fabric,and the process condition is optimized.For medium and light shade with cold pad-batch dyeing process,the optimum dosage of alkali OSB-6 is 20 mL/L;for deep and dark shade,the optimum dosage of alkali OSB-6 is 30 mL/L;the optimum cold pad-batch time is 12 h or 24 h.The depth of medium and light shade with cold pad-batch dyeing using alkali OSB-6 is lighter than that with conventional pad dyeing,while the depth of deep shade is close to pad dyeing.The dyeing depth of medium and dark shade with cold pad-batch dyeing using alkali OSB-6 is close to that with conventional cold pad-batch process,the color fastness meets the quality requirements.The stability of the mixture of dye liquor and alkali OSB-6 is similar to that of the traditional alkali mixing process.Using alkali OSB-6 for cold pad-batch dyeing has the advantages of lower dosage,convenient mixing and good hand feeling.
