芳纶1313织物阳离子染料载体染色及载体的循环再利用

摘　　要：采用自制环保载体GY对芳纶1313织物进行阳离子染料载体染色。分析了载体质量浓度、染色温度、保温时间、pH及氯化钠质量浓度对染色性能的影响,测试了染色织物的耐皂洗、耐摩擦和耐日晒色牢度,评估了环保载体GY的循环利用性能。优化的载体染色工艺为:染料质量分数2%(omf)、浴比1∶25、载体质量浓度25 g/L、染色温度130℃、保温时间60 min、pH 5、氯化钠质量浓度60 g/L。三种阳离子染料染色芳纶1313织物的耐皂洗、耐摩擦色牢度均在4级以上,耐日晒色牢度在2~3级以上。自制环保载体GY经过5次循环染色使用后,染色织物颜色特征值变化很小,色差ΔE的波动范围小于1。The cationic dyeing process of aramid 1313 fabric using self-made environmental friendly carrier GY is investigated.The effects of carrier concentration,dyeing temperature and time,pH,sodium chloride concentration on dyeing performance are analyzed.The color fastnesses to soaping,rubbing and sunlight of the dyed fabric are tested.Additionally,the recyclability of the eco-friendly carrier GY is evaluated.The optimized carrier dyeing process is dye concentration 2%(omf),liquor ratio of 1∶25,carrier concentration 25 g/L,dyeing temperature 130℃,dyeing time 60 min,pH 5,and sodium chloride concentration 60 g/L.The fastnesses to soaping and rubbing of aramid 1313 fabric dyed by three cationic dyes are above Grade 4,and the color fastness to sunlight is above Grade 2-3.After 5 dyeing cycles,the color characteristic value changes little,and the color differenceΔE fluctuates less than 1.
