摘  要:为得到艾绒色素染色的金棕榈色棉织物,首先使用阳离子改性剂ZF-2对棉织物改性以提高天然染料的上染率,然后用氯化锌对改性棉织物进行后媒法染色。探究了染液pH、媒染剂浓度、染色温度与时间等因素对染色效果的影响,得到了优化工艺:浴比1∶20,pH=5,NaCl 15 g/L,染色温度70℃,染色时间60 min,氯化锌5%(omf),媒染温度50℃,媒染时间60 min。优化工艺染色织物具有较好的耐水洗色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度和耐日晒色牢度。In order to obtain the golden palm colored fabric dyed with moxa pigment,the cotton fabric is modified with cationic modifier ZF-2 firstly to improve the dye-uptake of natural dyes,and then the modified cotton fabric is dyed by post mordant method with zinc chloride.The effects of solution pH,mordant concentration,dyeing temperature and time and other factors on the dyeing properties are explored.The optimized process is 1∶20 of liquor ratio,pH=5,NaCl 15 g/L,dyeing temperature 70℃,dyeing time 60 min,zinc chloride 5%(omf),mordant dyeing temperature 50℃,mordant dyeing time 60 min,the dyed fabric has good color fastnesses to washing,rubbing and light.
