摘  要:研究了含不同取代基的吡唑啉酮类偶合组分黄色活性染料(KNY-1、KNY-2和KNY-3)的提升性和印花性能。结果表明:以1-(4′-磺酸苯基)-3-羧基-5-吡唑啉酮和1-(2′,5′-二氯-4′-磺酸苯基)-3-羧基-5-吡唑啉酮为偶合组分的染料KNY-2和KNY-3的提升性能较好。尿素用量对染料KNY-1和KNY-2印花纯棉织物的表观色深几乎无影响。纯棉织物用染料KNY-1、KNY-2和KNY-3印花后具有良好的色牢度,水洗变色和沾色牢度都达到4~5级,耐摩擦色牢度为4~5级(干)和4级(湿),耐日晒色牢度为4级。The building up and printing properties of yellow reactive dyes(KNY-1,KNY-2 and KNY-3)containing pyrazolone derivatives with different substituted groups are studied.The results show that the dyes of KNY-2 and KNY-3 with 1-(4′-sulfophenyl)-3-carboxy-5-pyrazolone and 1-(2′,5′-dichloro-4′-sulfophenyl)-3-carboxyl-5-pyrazolone as coupling component respectively have good building up properties.The amount of urea has almost no effect on the apparent color depth of cotton fabrics printed with KNY-1 and KNY-2.The color fastness of cotton fabrics printed with the KNY-1,KNY-2 and KNY-3 is excellent.The color fastness to staining and color change can reach Grade 4-5.The dry/wet rub fastness of the printed cotton fabrics can reach Grade 4-5 and 4,respectively,and the light fastness can reach Grade 4.
