纺织品中苯并咪唑类生物杀灭剂的GC-MS法测定

摘  要:建立了纺织品中残留的2种苯并咪唑类生物杀灭剂[2-(4-噻唑基)苯并咪唑(TBZ)和4,6-二氯-7(2,4,5-三氯苯氧)-2-三氟甲基苯并咪唑(DTTB)]的检测方法。采用超声萃取的前处理方式,乙腈为萃取剂,萃取剂体积为20 mL,萃取温度为50℃,萃取时间为30 min,超声频率为40 kHz,苯基三甲基氢氧化铵(TMPAH)作为衍生化试剂。TBZ的检出限和定量限分别为0.71 mg/kg和2.12 mg/kg,DTTB的检出限和定量限分别为1.08 mg/kg和3.57 mg/kg。在5.0 mg/kg、20.0 mg/kg、100.0 mg/kg的3个水平加标回收率在84.3%~98.5%,相对标准偏差在1.18%~3.52%(n=6)。该方法可快速、准确测定纺织品中苯并咪唑类生物杀灭剂。Detection method for two residual benzimidazole based biocides[2-(4-thiazolyl)benzimidazole(TBZ)and 4,6-dichloro-7-(2,4,5-trichlorophenoxy)-2-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-benzimidazole(DTTB)]in textiles is established.Ultrasonic extraction is employed as the pretreatment method,with acetonitrile serving as the extraction solvent.The extraction conditions are set as 20 mL of solvent,an extraction temperature of 50°C,an extraction time of 30 min,and an ultrasonic frequency of 40 kHz.Phenyltrimethylammonium hydroxide is used as the derivatization reagent.The limits of detection(LOD)and limits of quantification(LOQ)of TBZ are 0.71 mg/kg and 2.12 mg/kg,respectively,while LOD and LOQ of DTTB are 1.08 mg/kg and 3.57 mg/kg,respectively.The recovery rates of spiked samples at three levels of 5.0 mg/kg,20.0 mg/kg,and 100.0 mg/kg ranges from 84.3%to 98.5%,with a relative standard deviation ranges from 1.18%to 3.52%(n=6).Benzimidazole based biocides in textiles can be quickly and accurately determined.
