摘 要:应用型大学是国家高等学校的重要组成部分,肩负着为区域经济发展提供应用型人才的重任,应用型大学本科专业建设决定着人才培养质量以及应用型大学的发展。本文从四个方面阐述了应用型大学一流本科专业建设的价值意蕴:落实立德树人的重要途径;提升人才培养质量的内在要求;增强社会服务能力的必然选择;培育学科专业特色的关键举措。然而,在现实中应用型大学一流本科专业建设面临许多现实困境:应用型大学一流专业建设目标与学校类型不匹配;应用型大学一流本科专业建设同质化;应用型大学一流特色专业集群建设不足;应用型大学一流专业建设社会适应能力有待提升。由此提出,应用型大学一流本科专业建设的发展路径:以学校办学定位为基本点,明晰一流专业建设方向;以专业特色差异为着眼点,促进一流专业发展;以建设专业集群为发展点,优化一流专业结构;以产教融合为出发点,增强一流专业适应社会能力。Applied universities are the main part of national higher education institutions,shouldering the important task of providing applied talents for regional economic development.The construction of undergraduate majors in applied universities determines the quality of talent cultivation and the development of applied universities.This paper elaborates the value implications of the construction of first-class undergraduate majors in applied universities from four aspects:an important way to implement the principle of cultivating people with moral integrity;an inherent requirement to improve the quality of talent cultivation;an inevitable choice to enhance the ability of social service;and a key initiative to cultivate the characteristics of academic disciplines and majors.However,in reality,this construction faces many practical dilemmas:the goal of first-class majors construction in applied universities does not match the type of school;the construction of first-class majors in applied universities is homogenised;the construction of first-class featured major clusters in applied universities is insufficient;and the ability of first-class majors in applied universities to adapt to the society needs to be upgraded.The development path of the first-class undergraduate major construction of applied universities is thus proposed:taking the school's running orientation as the basic point to clarify the direction of first-class major construction;taking the differences in professional characteristics as the starting point to promote the development of first-class majors;taking the construction of major clusters as the development point to optimize the structure of first-class majors;and taking the integration of industry and education as the starting point to enhance the social adaptability of first-class majors.
