基于绿视率与空间满意度的住区公共空间适老化研究——以安徽省合肥市翠微南园小区为例

摘　　要：本研究基于绿视率和空间满意度评价,以安徽省合肥市翠微南园小区为例,探讨了住区公共空间的适老化问题。通过实地调研、问卷调查和数据分析得出,翠微南园公共空间绿视率偏低,部分区域存在设施不足和安全性问题,影响了老年人的满意度和活动时长。对此,本文提出优化策略,包括提升绿视率、改善空间布局、增加适老化设施等,以提升老年人生活质量,为住区公共空间的适老化设计和城市规划提供了科学依据。Based on evaluations of green view ratio and spatial satisfaction,this study explores aging-friendly public spaces in residential areas,using the Cuwei Nanyuan Community in Hefei City,Anhui Province as a case study.Through field surveys,questionnaires,and data analysis,it is concluded that the green view ratio of the public spaces in Cuiwei Nanyuan is relatively low,and there are insufficient facilities and inadequate safety measures,affecting the elderly’s satisfaction and duration of activities.Consequently,optimization strategies are proposed,including increasing the green view ratio,improving spatial layout,and adding aging-friendly facilities so as to enhance the quality of life for the elderly.This study provides scientific supports for the aging-friendly design of residential public spaces and urban planning.
