摘 要:在当前城市发展中,老旧住宅改造设计逐渐成为城市更新的重要前提,其与城市居民居住质量提升和环境完美优化,以及社会各团体机构公共管理等存在着一定联系。老旧小区作为城市更新的重要组成部分,其改造升级不仅能改善人居环境,提高居民生活质量,也是推进城市建设的重要契机。因此,可以通过公共管理视角,对老旧住宅等各方面进行改造设计,分析老旧住宅改造设计的现实状况,发现城市老旧住宅改造中存在的问题并得出相应的解决措施以促进我国对住宅改造研究与实践的进一步思考。With the continuous promotion of urbanization development,the renovation design of old residential buildings has gradually become an important prerequisite for urban renewal,which is related to the improvement of living quality for urban residents,the optimization of the environment,and the public management of various social organizations and institutions.As an important component of urban renewal,the renovation and upgrading of old residential areas can not only improve the living environment and enhance the life quality of residents,but also provide an important opportunity to promote urban construction.Therefore,from the perspective of public management,the renovation design of various aspects from old residential buildings can be carried out from the perspective of public management.By analyzing the current situation of renovation design for old residential buildings,the problems existing in urban renovation of old residential buildings could be identified,and corresponding solutions could be proposed so as to promote further thinking on residential renovation research and practice in China.
