被动式超低能耗建筑门窗附框选型策略研究

摘  要:通过门窗产生的能耗在整个建筑能耗中占比约为40%,其中除了门窗自身性能影响外,门窗安装造成的热损失占比也非常高。节能附框在超低能耗建筑上的应用既提高了建筑施工效率、降低洞口安装热桥,也一定程度提升了门窗使用的舒适性、耐久性,降低安装热桥带来的系统风险。如此重要且有效的技术措施,如果在设计选型、安装实施过程中控制不力,势必也会带来极大的系统风险。本文着重分析超低能耗节能附框的基本属性、应用差异及选型关键因素,以期为超低能耗建筑门窗和节能附框设计选型提供一定参考。The energy consumption generated through doors and windows accounts for about 40%of the total building energy consumption.Among it,aside from the influence of the performance of doors and windows themselves,the proportion of the heat loss caused by the installation of doors and windows is also quite high.The application of energy-saving auxiliary frame in ultra-low energy buildings not only enhances the construction efficiency,reduces the installation thermal bridges at the entrance,but also improves the comfort and durability of doors and windows to a certain extent,and reduces the system risks brought by the installation thermal bridges.Such important and effective technical measures are bound to bring great system risks,if they are not well controlled during the design selection,installation and implementation processes.This paper focuses on the analysis of the basis attributes,application differences and key factors for ultra-low energy consumption and energy-saving auxiliary frames,which could provide certain reference for the design and selection of doors and windows as well as energy-saving auxiliary frames in ultra-low energy buildings.
