摘 要:先天性主动脉瓣病变是常见的先天性心脏畸形之一。在儿童期, 主动脉瓣疾病通常表现为主动脉瓣狭窄和(或)反流。针对这些病变, 可采用多种不同的干预方式, 包括介入导管治疗(如球囊扩张术)和手术治疗, 具体治疗方法取决于疾病的类型和严重程度, 以及医疗机构的偏好。儿童主动脉瓣疾病的治疗理念与成人有所不同。在制定治疗策略时, 必须考虑到儿童生长发育的需求, 以实现最佳的血流动力学性能, 并降低与瓣膜相关并发症的发生率。本文对儿童主动脉瓣病变的外科治疗进展进行述评。Congenital aortic valve disease is one of the most common congenital heart defects.In childhood,aortic valve disease usually presents as aortic valve stenosis and/or regurgitation.Various interventions can be used to address these conditions,including catheter-based treatments(such as balloon valvuloplasty)and surgical treatments.The specific treatment approach depends on the type and severity of the disease,as well as the preferences of the medical institution.The treatment concepts for pediatric aortic valve disease differ from those for adults.When formulating treatment strategies,it is crucial to consider the growth and developmental needs of children to achieve optimal hemodynamic performance and reduce the incidence of valve-related complications.This article reviews the advances in the surgical treatment of aortic valve disease in children.
