摘　　要：随着电视机显示技术的更迭,电视机结构也发生了翻天覆地的变化,冲压成型的电视背板成了行业的主要选择,而随着液晶平板电视一体化背板结构的到来,电视冲压背板的质量特性不断得到丰富和提高。文章系统梳理了现行主流电视背板的关键质量特性,阐述其质量控制策略,为电视冲压件的质量管理提供了指导和参考。With the advancement of television display technology,the structure of televisions has undergone tremendous changes.Stamped television backboards have become the main choice in the industry.With the arrival of integrated backboard structures for LCD flat panel televisions,the quality characteristics of television stamped backboards have been continuously enriched and improved.The article systematically summarizes the key quality characteristics of current mainstream TV backboards,elaborates on their quality control strategies,and provides guidance and reference for the quality management of TV stamping parts.
