基于桩板结构的既有高铁站场路基上拱成因及变形控制研究

摘  要:为解决高速铁路路基上拱导致轨道平顺性差、路基结构受力不均而引起列车运营不安全的问题,依托某高速铁路站场上拱路段整治工程,分析了上拱病害成因并提出增设桩板结构加固的整治方法。采用路基膨胀等效理论,开展室内土样膨胀试验与数值模拟,推导了路基在湿度场下膨胀关系式。结合路基膨胀关系,建立了路基上拱数值模型,对比分析了通过增设桩板结构整治前后钢轨、路基结构形变、应力分布以及桩板结构服役状态。最后,对现场上拱路段整治前后轨道形位进行了静态轨检。研究结果表明:经检测,该上拱路基基床土样存在钙矾石和硅灰石膏等反应膨胀物质而其余膨胀性物质未超限,推断路基上拱成因为硫酸盐和基床内水泥发生反应,造成体积膨胀;基于路基膨胀等效理论,发现上拱路基土样含水率变化对数与等效温度膨胀系数呈线性关系,并拟合得到了其函数关系式;经数值分析,增设桩板结构整治前后路基上拱段钢轨竖向位移由14mm降低至4mm,横向位移由4.6mm降低至0.7mm,应力峰值降低57.7%。桩板结构加入后能有效地承担基床膨胀力,降低了上拱引起的基床位移与应力峰值。桩板结构应力峰值均在结构承载设计范围内,结构设计安全;经轨检,增设桩板结构前后轨检上拱数据与模拟设计计算结果一致,整治效果较为显著,达到了轨道精调至相关验收规范以内的要求。研究结果可为路基上拱病害整治和保障高铁安全运营提供参考。In order to solve the problem that the arch on the high-speed railway subgrade leads to poor track smoothness and uneven force on the subgrade structure,which causes unsafe train operation.Based on the renovation project of arch section of a high speed railway station,the causes of arch disease were analyzed and the improvement methods of adding pile-plate structure reinforcement were put forward.Based on the equivalent theory of subgrade expansion,the soil sample expansion test and numerical simulation were carried out.The expansion relationship of subgrade under humidity field was derived.Combined with the expansion relationship of subgrade,the numerical model of the arch on subgrade was established.The deformation and stress distribution of rail and subgrade structure and the service state of pile-plate structure before and after the improvement of pile-plate structure were compared and analyzed.Finally,the static track inspection was carried out on the track shape before and after the rectification of the site arch section.The results are drawn as follows.It is found that the soil sample of the overarch subgrade contains ettringite,wollastonite and other swelling materials,but the other swelling materials are not exceeded.It is inferred that the overarch subgrade is caused by the reaction between sulfate and cement in the subgrade,resulting in volume expansion.It is inferred that the overarch subgrade is caused by the reaction between sulfate and soil-cement,resulting in volume expansion.Based on the equivalent theory of subgrade expansion,it is found that there is a linear relationship between the logarithm of water content change and the equivalent temperature expansion coefficient of the upper arch subgrade,and a functional relationship is obtained by fitting.The numerical analysis shows that the vertical displacement of the rail in the arch section of the subgrade decreases from 14 mm to 4 mm,the lateral displacement decreases from 4.6 mm to 0.7 mm,and the peak stress decreases by 57.7%before and after th
