摘 要:岩碴是TBM掘进过程中岩~机相互作用的直接产物,其破碎程度、形态特征、粒径分布等信息是TBM破岩效率的重要反馈指标。基于岩碴现场筛分试验和室内三维扫描试验,定量分析了TBM岩碴的形态特征及其随粒径变化的规律,提出一种基于岩碴粒径分布规律的比表面积计算方法,准确计算了不同粒径分布条件下岩碴比表面积的真实值。结合岩碴新表面理论指标对岩碴比表面积计算结果进行验证,同时分析了岩碴比表面积与TBM破岩效率之间的内在联系。研究结果表明:随着岩碴粒径增大,岩碴的球形度和扁平度逐渐减小、伸长度逐渐增大。总体上,岩碴的伸长度越大、扁平度和球形度越小,粗糙度指数就越大,TBM破岩效率越高。采用积分的方法,利用表面积预测函数与累积分布函数可计算得到岩碴试样比表面积真实值且分析发现其数据可近似表示单位质量岩体破碎后新增表面积的大小。岩碴比表面积SW与新表面理论指标Sa之间具有较好的线性相关性,可以相互验证其准确性与合理性,但相比新表面理论指标Sa,比表面积SW具有更清晰的物理意义和更为直观的数字结果。岩碴比表面积随TBM掘进比能、贯入度指数增加而增大,随粗糙度指数增大而减小,即岩碴比表面积可较好地描述岩石破碎程度及能量消耗,岩碴比表面积越大,岩碴就越破碎,TBM破岩效率越低。Rock chips are direct product of rock-machine interaction during TBM excavation,and fragmentation degree,morphological characteristics,particle size distribution,and other information are important feedback indicators for TBM rock breaking efficiency.Based on in-situ sieving tests and in-lab 3D scanning tests of rock chips,the morphological characteristics of TBM rock chips and its variation with particle size were quantitatively analyzed.A calculation method for specific surface area of rock chips based on particle size distribution was proposed,which accurately calculates the actual specific surface area of rock chips samples under different particle size distribution conditions.The calculation results of the specific surface area of rock chips were verified by combining the new surface theory indicators,and the internal relationship between the specific surface area of rock chips and the rock breaking efficiency of TBM was analyzed.The research results show that as the particle size of rock chips increase,the sphericity and flatness of rock chips gradually decrease,while the elongation gradually increases.Overall,the larger the extension length of rock chips,the smaller the flatness and sphericity,the higher the coarseness index,and the higher the rock breaking efficiency of TBM.The actual specific surface area of rock chips could be calculated by the integration method,using the prediction function and cumulative distribution function of the specific surface area.Analysis shows that the data can approximately represent the size of the newly added surface area per unit mass of rock mass after fragmentation.The specific surface area of rock chips has a good linear correlation with the index of newly added surfaces theory,which can mutually verify their accuracy and rationality.The specific surface area of rock chips increases with the increase of TBM tunneling specific energy and penetration index,and decreases with the increase of coarseness index of rock chips.The larger the specific surface area,the lower th
