摘　　要：数字经济是推动中国经济社会变革和高质量发展的重要抓手,量化数字经济规模和产业关联特征有利于为监测数字经济发展状况提供统计数据支撑。本文基于官方公布的国家投入产出表编制了2012—2020年174部门的数字经济非竞争型投入产出表,系统核算了中国数字经济核心产业增加值规模、速度和结构,并分析了数字经济的投入产出结构与产业关联特征。研究发现,(1)2012年以来,中国数字经济核心产业及其分行业的增加值规模持续增长,已成为宏观经济增长的新引擎;核心产业占比格局有所改变,数字技术应用业增加值已占据核心产业半壁江山,超过数字产品制造业成为第一大产业;数字技术应用业和数字要素驱动业保持高速增长,是带动核心产业发展的关键产业。(2)数字制造业对整体经济的拉动作用较强,但对其他产业的影响力仍然低于国民经济平均水平;数字服务业具有相对“独立性”,主要在产业内部自循环,对其他产业依赖程度较弱;虽然整个传统产业的重要性在逐渐减弱,但目前传统制造业仍是国民经济中的关键产业。本研究可为判断数字经济发展关键驱动力和产业间关联特征提供科学依据。Digital economy is an important tool to promote China's economic and social change and high-quality development,and quantifying the scale of the digital economy and the characteristics of industry linkage is conducive to providing statistical data support for monitoring the development of digital economy.This paper compiles a non-competitive input-output table of the digital economy for 174 sectors from 2012 to 2020 based on the official national input-output table,systematically accounts for the scale,speed and structure of value added of China's digital economy core industries,and analyzes the inputoutput structure of the digital economy and the characteristics of the industrial linkages.The study finds that,(1)the scale of value added of China's digital economy core industries and their sub-industries has continued to grow since 2012,and has become an important engine of macroeconomic growth;the pattern of core industries'share has been changed,and the value added of the digital technology application industry has accounted for half of the core industries,surpassing the digital product manufacturing industry to become the first industry;the digital technology application industry and the digital factor-driven industry have maintained a high rate of growth which are the key industries driving the development of core industries.(2)The pulling effect of digital manufacturing industry on the overall economy is strong,but its influence on other industries is still lower than the average level of the national economy,the digital service industry is relatively"independent",mainly self-cycling within the industry,with a weaker degree of dependence on other industries;although the importance of traditional industries compared with the digital industry is gradually weakening,the traditional manufacturing industry is still the most important industry in the national economy.This study can provide scientific basis for judging the key driving force of digital economy development and interindustry association characteristic
