摘  要:自上世纪80年代开展钻井现场数据采集与远传工作以来,国内外钻井工程决策支持系统经历了四大阶段,成为数智化条件下钻井工程核心技术之一,驱动着传统技术的转型升级与业务模式变革。借鉴Gartner关于决策支持系统技术进阶的方法论,阐述了钻井决策支持系统技术进阶路线图,从井场实时数据实时自动清洗处理技术、钻井井下风险随钻预警预测技术、随钻井下工况实时分析技术、钻井优化技术,详细阐述了钻井工程决策关键技术,介绍了中国石化石油工程决策支持系统PEAdviser3.0,并将这些关键技术进行软件载体落地应用,在钻井提速提效、风险防控等方面取得了六大应用效果,从钻井数智技术快速发展的驱动力等方面对该技术未来发展进行展望。Since the drilling site data collection and remote transmission work was carried out in the 1980s,domestic and foreign drilling engineering decision support systems have gone through four stages of development and achieved significant progress,becoming one of the core technologies of drilling engineering under digitalization conditions and driving the transformation and upgrading of traditional technologies and business models.Drawing on Gartner's methodology for the evolution of decision support systems,this paper presents a roadmap for the evolution of drilling decision support systems,detailing key drilling engineering decision technologies from the perspectives of real-time automatic cleaning and processing of drilling site real-time data,downhole risk prediction and warning technology while drilling,drilling conditions real-time analysis while drilling,and drilling optimization technology.It introduces how China Petroleum&Chemical Corporation's Petroleum Engineering Decision Support System PEAdviser3.0 has implemented these key technologies in software form and achieved six major application effects in terms of ROP optimization and efficiency improvement,risk prevention and control.Finally,he paper provides an outlook on the future development of drilling digital and intelligence technology in terms of the driving forces behind the rapid development of this technology.
