摘 要:随着科学技术的飞速发展,人工智能技术已开始越来越多地应用于石油天然气的勘探开发中,中石油自主研发构建的工程作业智能支持系统应用平台,较好地发挥了人工智能技术对井筒工程作业的支持作用。本文提出了井筒工程作业现场AI技术的应用模式;建设了井筒作业现场物联网、工程生产流程一体化EISS数据湖、工程技术知识库和井筒工程数据中台,使其具备人工智能技术在EISS中应用的数据基础;进一步,基于作业现场的海量数据,建设了以司钻领航仪、现场工程师工作台和工程作业智能支持中心专家工作台为核心的EISS三级应用平台,现场端可实现钻井参数实时优化、工程措施自动推送等功能,工程师端实现任务书自动生成、井工况智能识别、起钻前安全评估等数智化应用,远程端可利用单井实时分析、技术方案智能推送、压井动态模拟等技术,实现专家对作业现场的实时高效支撑。With the rapid development of science and technology,the increasing application of AI technology in oil and gas exploration and development,China National Petroleum Corporation has built an AI technology application platform based on the independently developed Engineering Operation Intelligent Support System(EISS),fully leveraging the role of AI technology in supporting wellbore engineering operations.In this paper,the application mode of AI technology at wellbore engineering operation site is proposed.The Internet of Things at the wellbore operation site,the engineering-production process integrated EISS data lake,the engineering technology knowledge base and the wellbore engineering data center have been built,so as to have the data foundation for the application of artificial intelligence technology in EISS.Furthermore,based on the massive data of the operation site,an EISS three-level application platform with the driller navigator,the on-site engineer workbench and the expert workbench of the engineering operation intelligent support center as the core has been built.It can realize the functions such as real-time optimization of drilling parameters and automatic push of engineering measures at the filed end,digital and intelligent applications such as automatic generation of task books,intelligent identification of well working conditions,and pre-drilling safety assessment on the engineer end,and real-time analysis of single wells,intelligent push of technical solutions,and dynamic simulation of well killing on the remote end.Finally,the real-time and efficient support from experts on the site with this system can be realized.
