摘 要:传统装配式L形截面双面叠合剪力墙(DSW)通过在工厂预制双面叠合墙板和现浇L形截面边缘构件的方式制作,现场施工效率低且墙体延性不足。为此,研发了一种边缘构件预制的全装配式L形截面双面叠合剪力墙(FDSW)。通过2个FDSW试件、2个L形截面现浇剪力墙(RCW)对比试件以及1个DSW对比试件的足尺拟静力试验,研究了轴压比(n为0.1、0.3)、接缝、波纹管设置等对FDSW抗震性能影响。试验结果表明:FDSW破坏模式主要为水平接缝、竖向接缝破坏;随着轴压比增大,FDSW水平接缝受拉破坏减小,竖向接缝受剪破坏增加;在高轴压比(n=0.3)下,FDSW边缘构件破坏程度明显低于RCW、DSW,且滞回曲线饱满,未出现捏缩效应,主要原因为波纹管能够有效约束边缘构件混凝土变形,提升边缘构件的承载能力和变形能力;相较于RCW,FDSW承载力提高8.1%~11.2%,耗能总量提高49.6%,延性系数提高28.3%,具有较好的抗震性能。The traditional prefabricated L-shaped double-sided composite shear wall(DSW)is made by prefabricating double-sided composite wall panels in the factory and cast-in-place L-shaped section boundary components,which results in low construction efficiency and insufficient ductility.Therefore,a fully assembled L-shaped section double-sided composite shear wall with prefabricated boundary components(FDSW)was developed.By conducting full-scale quasi-static tests on two FDSW specimens,two cast-in-place shear walls(RCW)and one DSW comparison specimens(n is 0.1 and 0.3),the effects of axial compression ratio,joints,corrugated pipes on the seismic performance of FDSW were studied.The results indicate that the FDSW failure mode is mainly horizontal joint and vertical joint failure.As the axial compression ratio increases,the tensile failure of FDSW horizontal joints decreases and the shear failure of vertical joints increase.Under high axial compression ratio(n is 0.3),due to the effective constrain the concrete deformation of the boundary components of edge components by corrugated pipes,the bearing capacity and deformation capacity of edge components are improved.The degree of damage of edge components in FDSW is significantly lower than that in RCW and DSW,and the hysteresis curve is full without pinching effect.Compared to RCW,FDSW has an increased loading capacity of 8.1%to 11.2%,a 49.6%increase in total energy consumption,and a 28.3%increase in ductility coefficient,indicating good seismic performance.
