摘 要:整体式催化剂的制备及其持续运行性能是催化臭氧氧化应用的关键问题。采用蜂窝陶瓷(CH)作为载体、以γ-Al_(2)O_(3)为涂层材料、以铜(Cu)为活性组分制备了CH-Al-Cu整体式催化剂,并调控工艺运行参数对其在连续流催化臭氧氧化过程中的性能进行了评价。催化剂表征结果显示,γ-Al_(2)O_(3)涂层使催化剂的比表面积从2.478 m^(2)/g增至21.657 m^(2)/g,Cu元素经过煅烧后主要以CuO形态存在于CH-Al-Cu催化剂表面,含量高达48.40%。CH-Al-Cu在连续流反应器中表现出优异的催化活性,最佳工艺操作参数:进气臭氧浓度为18.6 mg/L、HRT为35 min、催化剂填充在底部且布设2层(40 g),在此条件下对环己酮肟的去除率达95.3%,COD去除率为39.3%,是单独臭氧氧化的3.2倍,催化氧化体系的O/C为1.1,可大大降低臭氧消耗成本。CH-Al-Cu催化剂能够促进臭氧传质和强化·OH产生,且具备良好的循环稳定性和耐磨性。The current situation of integral catalysts preparation and their continuous operational effectiveness are critical aspects in catalytic ozonation applications.The monolithic CH-Al-Cu catalyst was prepared using honeycomb ceramic(CH)as catalyst carrier,γ-Al_(2)O_(3) as coating material,and copper(Cu)as active component.The performance of CH-Al-Cu catalyst in continuous flow catalytic ozonation process was evaluated by adjusting operating parameters.The results of catalyst characterization showed that γ-Al_(2)O_(3) coating increased the specific surface area of the catalyst from 2.478 m^(2)/g to 21.657 m^(2)/g,and the Cu element in CH-Al-Cu catalyst existed on the surface mainly in the form of CuO after calcination,where Cu content was as high as 48.40%.CH-Al-Cu showed excellent catalytic ozonation activity in the continuous flow reactor.The optimal operating parameters were 18.6 mg/L of ozone concentration,35 min of HRT,and the best laying position of catalyst was set at the bottom with 2 layers(40 g).Under these conditions,the removal rate of cyclohexanone oxime reached 95.3%,the removal rate of COD was 39.3%,which was 3.2 times that of ozone alone.The O/C of catalytic oxidation system was 1.1,which could greatly reduce the cost of ozone consumption.CH-Al-Cu catalyst can promote ozone mass transfer and strengthen·OH production,and has good cycle stability and wear resistance.
