摘  要:建立了一种单点内标比对法,用于检测水中2-甲基异莰醇(2-MIB)和土臭素(GSM)的浓度。在连续进样时,每个样品的检测时间约为10 min,为两种检测指标融入危害分析及关键控制点(HACCP)体系提供了可能性。以深圳4座水厂为例,证明了该检测方法适用于不同工艺的水厂水体。同时,讨论了如何将2-MIB和GSM指标融入不同工艺水厂的HACCP体系,可为供水行业的水质管理提供借鉴。A single-point internal standard method was established for the determination of 2-methylisoborneol(2-MIB)and geosmin(GSM)concentrations in water.With a detection time of approximately 10 minutes per sample during continuous injection,this method offers the possibility of integrating the detection indicators for the two substances into the hazard analysis and critical control point(HACCP)system.Taking four water treatment plants in Shenzhen as examples,it was proved that the detection method was applicable to water bodies of water treatment plants with different processes.Meanwhile,the integration of 2-MIB and GSM indexes into the HACCP system of various water treatment plants was discussed,which can offer a reference for water quality management in the water supply industry.
