摘 要:矿井水经过多级膜系统处理后所产生的大量膜浓缩废水具有含盐量高、离子种类多和含有阻垢剂等特点。采用硫酸钙诱导结晶法对其开展静态试验研究,通过预先向水样中加入的诱导晶种使水中的Ca^(2+)和SO_(4)^(2-)生成CaSO_(4)结晶物并附着在晶种表面,从而达到软化脱盐的效果。结果表明,该方法可以获得较好的处理效果,硫酸钙不饱和原水中Ca^(2+)去除率可以达到49.37%;硫酸钙过饱和原水中Ca^(2+)去除率可以达到40.46%,SO_(4)^(2-)去除率可以达到26.53%。水中CaSO_(4)过饱和状况、诱导晶种类型及投加量、溶液pH、搅拌强度和搅拌时间等条件是影响结晶效果的主要因素。晶种表面SEM分析结果表明,试验中产生了结晶物并有效附着在其表面;EDS分析表明,该结晶物主要为Ca^(2+)和SO_(4)^(2-)化合物。After undergoing multistage membrane system treatment,a considerable amount of membrane concentrate generated from mine water membrane concentration possesses the characteristics of high salinity,a variety of ions,and the presence of scale inhibitors.The method of calcium sulfate induced crystallization was employed to undertake a static test study.The induced crystal seeds were added to the water samples in advance,enabling Ca^(2+)and SO_(4)^(2-)to form CaSO_(4) crystals and adhere to the surface of the crystal seeds,thereby achieving softening and desalination of the concentrate.This method could achieve better removal results.The removal efficiency of Ca^(2+)in calcium sulfate unsaturated raw water could reach 49.37%,while the removal efficiency of Ca^(2+)in calcium sulfate supersaturated raw water could amount to 40.46%,and the removal efficiency of SO_(4)^(2-)could stand at 26.53%.The supersaturation of CaSO_(4) in water,the type and dosage of induced crystal species,the pH of the solution,the stirring intensity,and the stirring time were the main factors influencing the crystallization performance.The SEM analysis results of the crystal seed surface indicated that crystals were produced during the experiment and effectively adhered to its surface,and the EDS analysis demonstrated that the crystals were mainly composed of Ca^(2+)and SO_(4)^(2-)compounds.
