摘 要:水沙调控工程是协调黄河水沙关系、抵御洪水风险的关键措施,水沙调控技术是水沙调控工程运用的基础。围绕黄河干流水库工程的建设及运用实践,文章分析了黄河水沙变化及水沙调控技术发展过程。黄河水沙调控技术经历了单个水库运用方式、水库群联合调度塑造异重流、降水排沙等阶段,发挥了巨大的防洪减淤作用。黄河生态保护及高质量发展上升为国家战略后,黄河水沙调控技术将在防洪减灾、调水调沙后续动力、三门峡水库综合功能提升以及水沙调控与数字孪生融合等方面快速发展。The water and sediment regulation project is a key measure to coordinate the relationship between water and sediment in the Yellow River and resist flood risks,while water and sediment regulation technology is the foundation of the application of water and sediment regulation projects.This article analyzes the changes in water and sediment in the Yellow River and the development process of water and sediment regulation technology,focusing on the construction and application practice of reservoir projects on the main stream of the Yellow River.The Yellow River water and sediment regulation technology has gone through stages such as single reservoir operation,joint operation of reservoir groups to shape dencity currents,sediment discharge,and has played a huge role in flood control and deposition reduction.After the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River have become national strategies,the Yellow River water and sediment regulation technology will rapidly develop in flood control and disaster reduction,follow-up power of water and sediment regulation,comprehensive function improvement of Sanmenxia Reservoir,and integration of water and sediment regulation with digital twins.
