摘　　要：加快发展节水产业有利于建立节水型生产生活方式、提升水资源节约集约利用能力、推动经济社会绿色转型。文章通过梳理日本节水工作进展和日本节水产业发展的举措与成效,总结了可供借鉴的节水产业发展经验;结合我国实际情况,提出激发节水产业市场活力、加强节水领域科技创新、完善节水配套基础设施、推动节水产业国际化发展等建议措施,为推动我国节水产业高质量发展提供参考。Accelerating the development of the water conservation industry is conducive to the establishment of water-saving production and life style,enhancing the ability to economically and intensively utilize water resources,and promoting the green transformation of economy and society.This article reviews the progress of water conservation efforts in Japan,summarizes the effective measures taken in the development of Japan s water conservation industry,and concludes the experiences for reference.Taking into account the actual conditions of China,the article proposes recommendations for accelerating the development of the water conservation industry,such as stimulating the vitality of the water-saving industry market,strengthening technological innovation in the water-saving field,improving water-saving supporting infrastructure,and promoting the international development of the water-saving industry,which can provide references for the high-quality development of China s water conservation industry.
