摘 要:以盾构衬砌管片接头承载破坏为研究目标,以斜螺栓连接的标准管片为研究对象,通过足尺试验研究管片接头抗弯力学性能,探明了接头管片破坏过程及其承载机理。试验结果分析表明:管片接头承载破坏过程可划分为混凝土弹性阶段、混凝土开裂阶段、接头整体破坏阶段、接头极限破坏阶段共四个承载破坏阶段,并将每个阶段初始荷载值定义为接头管片承载的特征荷载。总结了混凝土、螺栓应力变化规律,得到了管片接头刚度变化发展趋势,研究结果可作为盾构隧道管片设计及承载性能研究方面的参考。The load-bearing failure of pipe segment joints is taken as the research goal in this article.The standard pipe segments connected by diagonal bolts are taken as the research object.Through full-scale experiment,the bending mechanical properties of segment joints were studied,and the damage process and bearing mechanism of segment joints were explored.The analysis of the experiment results shows that the load-bearing damage process of segment joints can be divided into the following four stages:concrete elasticity stage,concrete cracking stage,overall damage stage of joints,and ultimate damage stage of joints.The initial load value of each stage is defined as the characteristic load of the shield joints.The change rule of concrete stress and bolt tension is summarized,and the development trend of shield joint stiffness is obtained.The results can be used as a reference in the design and bearing performance of shield segments.
