摘  要:基坑支护结构作为一种临时支挡、加固、保护和地下水控制设施,如何在确保工程质量和安全的前提下提高施工效率、降低工程成本是建筑业普遍关注的问题。针对地下工程现浇钢筋混凝土支护结构施工周期长以及容易出现露筋、蜂窝、夹渣、裂缝、疏松等质量缺陷的问题,提出了一种装配式钢板-桩支护体系。基于正交实验设计方法,通过数值模拟分析截面参数对装配式钢板-桩支护体系力学性能指标的影响,并探究截面参数对力学性能指标的敏感性。The foundation pit support structure is an infrastructure used for temporary support,reinforcement,protection,and groundwater control.How to improve construction efficiency and reduce project costs while ensuring project quality and safety is a common concern in the construction industry.The cast-in-place reinforced concrete support structure of underground projects has a long construction period and is prone to quality defects such as exposed reinforcement,honeycomb,slag inclusion,cracks,looseness,etc.The cast-in-place reinforced concrete support structure of underground projects has a long construction period and is prone to quality defects such as exposed reinforcement,honeycomb,slag inclusion,cracks and looseness,a assembled steel sheet-pile retaining and protection system is proposed.Based on orthogonal experimental design method,the influence of section parameters on mechanical properties of fabricated steel sheet-pile retaining and protection system is analyzed by numerical simulation.The sensitivity of section parameters to mechanical properties was investigated.
