摘 要:针对TBM穿越断层破碎带围岩破碎易卡机的问题,依托新疆某供水隧洞,通过现场试验、数值模拟和现场监测的方法系统对比分析了地表预注浆的加固效果。研究结果表明:TBM穿越断层破碎带发生塌方卡机的风险较大。地表预注浆加固增强了断层破碎带围岩的完整性与稳定性,降低了隧洞开挖引起的围岩收敛变形,变形降幅可达70.44%。地表预注浆加固措施改善了隧洞初期支护结构的受力特征,相较于未注浆情况锚杆轴力降低了89.91%,提高了初期支护结构的安全与稳定性。现场取芯结果、TBM掘进参数及现场监测数据的分析进一步证实,地表预注浆加固提高了岩体的强度和整体性,保障了TBM在复杂地质条件下的安全高效掘进。研究成果可为类似地质环境中TBM隧洞施工提供参考。To address the issue of TBM jamming due to fractured surrounding rock in fault fracture zones,a systematic comparison and analysis of the reinforcement effect of surface pre-grouting was conducted for a water supply tunnel in Xinjang.The study employed field tests,numerical simulations,and on-site monitoring.Results indicate a significant risk of collapse and TBM jamming when traversing fault fracture zones.Surface pre-grouting reinforcement was shown to enhance the integrity and stability of the surrounding rock in these zones,reducing the convergence deformation caused by tunnel excavation by up to 70.44%.Additionally,surface pre-grouting measures improved the stress characteristics of the initial support structure of the tunnel.In comparison to non-grouting conditions,the axial force of the anchor rods was reduced by 89.91%,thereby enhancing the safety and stability of the initial support structure.The analysis of core samples,TBM excavation parameters,and field monitoring data further confirms that surface pre-grouting reinforcement increases the strength and integrity of the rock mass,ensuring safe and efficient TBM tunneling under complex geological conditions.These research findings can serve as a reference for TBM tunnel construction in similar geological environments.
