摘 要:本研究以新建的西成铁路为例,通过查阅文献和开展问卷调查,筛选出影响铁路建设风险关键因素,并采用决策实验室和解释型结构模型(DEMATEL-AISM)来建立模型,分析这些因素在风险识别中的重要性和它们之间的相互作用。研究结果表明:对垃圾处理、环境保护意识和监管体系进行一体化的管理,确保整个建设过程中对这些关键因素进行有效控制。在项目计划和设计阶段,充分考虑气候条件、施工季节、工程线位、地表泥炭土和建构筑物占地及高度等根本风险因素。在建设过程中,着重控制直接影响因素。可通过选择适当的设备和材料、设计有效的防排水系统,以及合理处理废弃物和污染物,来降低施工风险。This study takes the newly constructed Xi-Cheng Railway as an example,using a literature review and a questionnaire survey to identify the key risk factors affecting railway construction.It employs the Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory and Interpretive Structural Modeling(DEMATEL-AISM)to establish a model that analyzes the importance of these factors in risk identification and their interrelationships.The results show that a comprehensive approach to waste disposal,environmental protection awareness,and regulatory systems is crucial to control these factors throughout the construction process.During the project planning and design phase,fundamental risk factors such as climate conditions,construction seasons,alignment,surface peat soil,and the footprint and height of structures should be thoroughly considered.In the construction phase,emphasis should be placed on controlling direct influencing factors.Risks can be mitigated by selecting appropriate equipment and materials,designing effective drainage systems,and properly handling waste and pollutants.
