摘　　要：全球化与科技革新加速了城市发展进程,快城市主义在提升城市运行效率和服务便利性的同时,也带来了生活节奏加快、社会压力增加等问题。慢城市主义作为一种反思性理念,强调发展速度与生活质量的平衡,对缓解城市生活加速问题具有重要参考价值。梳理了慢城市主义的发展脉络和核心理念,分析了其在不同城市的实践案例,并将其主要策略归纳为空间优化、时间管理和活动引导三个维度。基于实践经验,探讨了慢城市主义对中国大城市发展的潜在启示,提出了构建弹性化城市时空结构、探索城市时间管理创新、培育地方特色经济、促进社群生活活力等建议,旨在为现代城市的转型发展和居民生活质量提升提供策略参考。Globalization and technological innovation have accelerated urban development processes.While fast urbanism enhances urban operational efficiency and service convenience,it also leads to faster living paces and increased social pressure.Slow urbanism,as a reflective concept,emphasizes the balance between development speed and quality of life,offering valuable insights for mitigating the acceleration of urban life.This paper reviews the development and core ideas of slow urbanism,analyzes its practical cases in various cities,and summarizes its main strategies across three dimensions:spatial optimization,time management,and activity guidance.Based on practical experiences,the paper explores the potential implications of slow urbanism for the development of large cities in China,proposing suggestions such as constructing resilient urban spatiotemporal structures,exploring innovations in urban time management,fostering locally distinctive slow economies,and enhancing community vitality.These insights may provide strategic references for modern cities to maintain developmental vitality while optimizing urban rhythms and improving residents′quality of life.
