时空脱域视角下老城网红街巷空间的重构与应对——以徐州市醒狮小区为例

摘　　要：信息技术与泛在沟通媒介的蓬勃发展将“现场卷入”与“跨距离互动”更加紧密地联系在一起,开启了城市空间新一轮的重构与转型。不同于政府主导的城市更新项目和市场力量特意打造出来的公共空间,老城网红街巷空间重构的“时空脱域”现象更为明显,并呈现出自下而上的发展特征。将吉登斯现代性相关理论引入老城街巷空间重构中,建立基于“时空脱域”理论的老城网红街巷空间重构解释框架,并以徐州市醒狮小区为例,阐释了老城网红街巷“时空互动-流量撬动-秩序嵌入-双向调试”的空间重构过程,进而提出转向灵活弹性的街巷空间更新范式、加强街巷空间地域性的挖掘与继承、建立匹配脱域趋势的街巷空间管控机制等老城街巷空间可持续营建策略,为新时期老城空间的有机、渐进更新提供路径参考。The vigorous development of information technology and ubiquitous communication media has linked"on-site involvement(presence)"and"cross-distance interaction(connections between presence and absence)"more closely,opening a new round of reconstruction and transformation of urban space.Different from the government-led urban renewal projects and the public space specially created by market forces,the"space-time dis-embedding"phenomenon of internet-famous street and lane space in old town is more special,and shows the characteristic of bottom-up development.Giddens'modernity theory is introduced into the reconstruction of internet-famous street and lane space in old town,and an interpretative framework for the reconstruction of internet-famous street and lane space in old town is established based on the theory of space-time dis-embedding.The spatial reconstruction process of"space-time interaction-flow leverage-order embeddedness-bidirectional debugging"of internet-famous street and lane space in old town is explained by taking Xingshi community in Xuzhou as an example.Then,sustainable construction strategies are proposed,such as shifting to a flexible paradigm of renewal,strengthening the excavation and inheritance of regionalism,and establishing control mechanisms matching the trend of space-time dis-embedding,so as to provide some reference for the organic and gradual renewal of old town in the new era.
