摘  要:高性能碳纤维增强热塑性复合材料(CFRTP)具有高强高韧、自润滑耐磨和成型效率高等优异特性,作为摩擦材料在航空航天、海洋工程、交通运输和医疗器械等领域具有重要应用。本文综述了CFRTP摩擦性能的研究进展,主要包括碳纤维增强聚醚醚酮、聚酰亚胺、聚苯硫醚、超高分子量聚乙烯和聚酰胺等五种常用热塑性树脂基复合材料的减摩抗磨改性及其机理研究,并对比分析了其各自的优缺点及应用领域。最后对CFRTP在摩擦领域应用中存在的问题和未来发展前景进行了展望,为开发耐磨且力学性能优异的高性能结构-功能一体化碳纤维复合材料提供有益的参考。Carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites(CFRTP)are found to have excellent properties such as high strength and toughness,excellent self-lubricating and wear-resistant,and high molding efficiency,which have been widely used as friction materials in aerospace,marine engineering,transportation,medical apparatus and other fields.This paper reviews the research progress of antifriction and anti-wear modification aging on friction properties of five commonly used CFRTP,i.e.,polyether ether ketone,polyimide,polyphenylene sulfide,ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and polyamide matrixes,and comparative analysis of their respective advantages,disadvantages and application fields.Finally,the existing problems and prospects of CFRTP for friction applications are presented,which may provide useful guidance for developing high-performance structural-functional integrated CFRTP with excellent mechanical and friction properties.
