摘 要:H_(2)/CO_(2)气体分离膜技术具有高能效、维护简单等优点,在高纯氢气生产领域有着巨大的潜力。在众多气体分离膜中,仅有小部分能够耐受氢气生产中的严苛环境,并兼具高氢气渗透性能和高H_(2)/CO_(2)选择性。聚苯并咪唑(PBI)因有着优异的化学稳定性和热稳定性,以及固有的分子筛分能力,已成为高温H_(2)/CO_(2)分离膜的备选材料。本文综述了近年来H_(2)/CO_(2)分离用PBI膜的研究进展,包括PBI交联膜、PBI共混膜、PBI混合基质膜、PBI/超分子复合膜、PBI中空纤维膜和基于PBI的碳分子筛膜,介绍了杂质气体对PBI膜分离性能的影响,分析了各类PBI膜面临的挑战,并对H_(2)/CO_(2)分离用PBI膜的未来发展进行了展望。H_(2)/CO_(2)separation membrane technology enjoys the advantages of high energy efficiency and simple maintenance,and has great potential in the field of high purity hydrogen production.Among various gas separation membranes,only a few can withstand the harsh environment in hydrogen production and have high hydrogen permeability as well as high H_(2)/CO_(2)selectivity.Polybenzimidazole(PBI),due to its excellent chemical and thermal stability,as well as intrinsic molecular sieving ability,has emerged as a candidate material for fabricating high temperature H_(2)/CO_(2)separation membranes.In this review,the recent research progress of PBI-based membranes for H_(2)/CO_(2)separation is reviewed,including PBI-based cross-linked membranes,PBI-based blend membranes,PBI-based mixed matrix membranes,PBI/supramolecular composite membranes,PBI-based hollow fiber membranes and PBI-based carbon molecular sieve membranes.The effect of gas impurity on the separation performance of PBI membranes is introduced.The challenges for various PBI-based H_(2)/CO_(2)separation membranes are analyzed.Further development prospects are also provided.
