尼龙酸资源化利用制备环氧树脂类玻璃高分子

摘  要:尼龙酸是尼龙工业中生产己二酸过程中的副产品,其成分主要是由丁二酸、戊二酸和己二酸组成的混合二元酸,目前主要用于生产尼龙酸二甲酯,应用面较窄。本研究以动态酯交换反应为作用机理,以尼龙酸为固化剂制备环氧类玻璃高分子(vitrimer)材料,将其转化为可重复加工的环氧树脂可持续高分子,促进尼龙酸副产品的资源化利用,减少资源浪费的同时兼具环境效益。文中通过红外光谱(FTIR)、热重分析(TGA)、动态热力学分析(DMA)和力学性能测试等表征测试方法,研究其分子主链结构拓扑转变及物理化学性能。结果表明,该环氧类玻璃高分子的5%热分解温度为332℃,拉伸强度为44 MPa,冲击强度为7.26 kJ/m2,具有良好的耐热性与可重复加工性,且重复热加工3次后材料的力学强度基本不发生变化。Nylon acid is a by-product of adipic acid in the production process.Its main components are mixed dibasic acids(MDA)composed of succinic acid,glutaric acid,and adipic acid.Traditionally,MDA was mainly used to produce dimethyl nylon acid esters,lacking high-value practical application.In this study,MDA served as a curing agent to give epoxy resin vitrimer material based on the well-established transesterification reaction.MDA waste was transformed into sustainably re-processable epoxy,promoting its valuable use,reducing resource waste,and gaining environmental benefits.Characterization test methods such as Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA),and mechanical property testing were used to uncover the topological transformation and the properties of MDA-based vitrimer.The results show that the 5%thermal decomposition temperature is 332℃,the tensile strength is 44 MPa,and the impact strength is 7.26 kJ/m2.The MDA-based vitrimer had a good heat resistance and re-processability,and its mechanical strength was steady after repeated thermal processing for three times.
