摘  要:将科研前沿成果引入到综合化学实验的设计中,设计了面向化学专业的创新综合实验:高强韧离子导电水凝胶纤维的制备与性能研究,合成2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid-N,N-dimethylacrylamide-poly(ethylene glycol)diacrylate(AMPS-DMAPAA-PEGDA)水凝胶并进行了纤维的制备、结构表征及性能研究。本实验涉及有机合成、凝胶纤维材料的表征及应用相关知识,适合作为高年级本科生的研究型综合化学实验,有助于激发学生的研究兴趣和培养学生的科研思维。The cutting-edge scientific research achievements were introduced into the design of comprehensive chemical experiments,and an innovative comprehensive experiment for the chemical specialty was designed:preparation and performance research of high strength and toughness ionic conductive hydrogel fiber.2-Acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid-N,N-dimethylacrylamide-poly(ethylene glycol)diacrylate(AMPS-DMAPAA-PEGDA)hydrogel was synthesized,and the fiber preparation,structure characterization and performance research were carried out.This experiment involves the characterization and application of organic synthesis and gel fiber materials.It is suitable for senior undergraduates to conduct research-oriented comprehensive chemical experiments,which can help stimulate students’research interest and cultivate their scientific research thinking.
