摘　　要：新质生产力背景下,数据逐渐成为经济发展的核心生产要素。对企业来说,档案数据要素潜藏着巨大的经济价值,具体表现为洞察经营全貌、协同业务决策与预测发展趋势等。为回应现实环境对档案工作的新期待,基于价值链理论与价值导向档案数据研究路径,构建企业档案数据要素价值化策略机制,从资源维、业务维、制度维、技术维、共享维、客体维与主体维七个维度积聚多模态、多来源、多主题的档案数据要素潜在价值,重构档案数据内容以激活知识价值,合理配置档案数据产品,实现企业的经济效益增长。新质生产力更加强调通过技术进步和创新来提高生产效率,表现为通过技术能力变革、应用场域跃迁与产品供需转型,驱动企业档案数据要素价值化有序实施。Under the background of new quality productivity,data gradually becomes the core production factor of economic development.For enterprises,archive data elements have great potential economic value,which is specifically manifested in the insight into the overall picture of operation,collaborative business decision-making and prediction of development trends.In order to respond to the new expectations of the archive work in the real environment,based on the value chain theory and the value-oriented archive data research path,we build a strategy mechanism for the valorization of enterprise archive data elements,accumulate the potential value of multimodal,multi-source and multi-subject archive data elements from the seven dimensions of the resource dimension,business dimension,system dimension,technological dimension,sharing dimension,object dimension and subject dimension,reconfigure the content of the archive data in order to activate the value of knowledge,and rationally configure archive data products,so as to realize the economic growth of the enterprise.The new quality of productivity places more emphasis on improving production efficiency through technological progress and innovation,which is manifested in the orderly implementation of the valorization of enterprise archival data elements driven by technological capability changes,application field leapfrogging and product supply and demand transformation.
