摘　　要：大潮奔涌,时代向前。在这个瞬息万变的时代,历史的车轮滚滚向前,改革的步伐从未停歇。2013年11月,党的十八届三中全会开启了新时代全面深化改革、系统整体设计推进改革新征程,开创了中国改革开放的全新局面。2024年,党的二十届三中全会胜利召开,审议通过了《中共中央关于进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化的决定》,紧紧围绕推进中国式现代化这个主题擘画进一步全面深化改革战略举措。In November 2013,the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee started a new journey for comprehensively deepening reform in the new era with systematical and holistic plans,and thus paved the way for a brand new stage in China’s reform and opening-up endeavors.In 2024,the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee was successfully held,where the Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Part of China on Further Deepening Reform Comprehensively to Advance Chinese Modernization was adopted through deliberations,planning strategic measures to further deepen reform comprehensively with a focus on the theme of advancing Chinese modernization.
