摘  要:为了实现单金属氧化物在室温下对目标气体的检测,本文采用简单的湿化学方法通过调节生长时间合成了催化活性可控的一维双金属氧化物CoV_(2)O_(6)纳米棒材料,实现了近室温40℃下对NO_(2)气体的检测。为了进一步实现在室温下对低浓度NO_(2)气体的检测,利用p型MoS_(2-x)Se_(x)纳米材料对n型CoV_(2)O_(6)纳米棒进行修饰。气敏性能结果表明,最佳的CoV_(2)O_(6)/MoS_(2-x)Se_(x)异质结结构对1 ppm NO_(2)的响应可达到7.5%,对NO_(2)气体的理论检测限可低至200 ppb。The study aims to realize the detection of the target gas with single metal oxides at room temperature.A simple wet chemical method was used to synthesize one dimensional bimetallic oxide CoV_(2)O_(6)nanorods with controllable catalytic activity through adjusting the growth time,with which NO_(2)gas was detected at near room temperature 40℃.For the detection of low concentration NO_(2)at room temperature,n type CoV_(2)O_(6)nanorods were modified with p type MoS_(2-x)Se_(x) nanomaterials.The gas sensitivity results show that the response of the optimal CoV_(2)O_(6)/MoS_(2-x)Se_(x) heterojunction structure to 1 ppm NO_(2)can reach 7.5%,and the theoretical detection limit for NO_(2)gas can be as low as 200 ppb.
