摘  要:以沥青面层施工中摊铺和压实作业中施工机械的碳排放量过程为主要研究对象,通过实测施工机械在不同作业工况下的尾气实际排量,参考柴油机负载与尾气成分研究成果并结合沥青面层施工工艺提出基于不同工况下实测尾气排量的施工机械碳排放计算模型;根据依托工程沥青面层施工的摊铺工艺,通过现场统计施工情况,确定了摊铺机械的各类工况时间;根据依托工程沥青面层施工的碾压工艺,考虑施工机械数量以及碾压区数量,确定了压实机械的各类工况时间;计算了依托工程上、中、下沥青面层在摊铺以及压实各阶段的施工机械尾气碳排放量,并分析了减排施工技术的研究方向。The study focuses on carbon emissions produced by construction machinery during pavement and compaction operations in the construction of asphalt surface layers.Based on the actual measurements of exhaust emissions produced by construction machinery under different operating conditions,referring to the research fruits of diesel engine load and exhaust composition,and combining with asphalt surface layer construction technology,the paper presents a model for the calculation of carbon emissions by construction machinery.Based on the paving process of the asphalt surface layer construction,the time paving machinery takes in various working conditions is determined through on site statistics;Based on the compaction process of the asphalt surface layer construction,considering the number of construction machinery and the number of compaction areas,the time compaction machinery requires in different working conditions is determined.The carbon emissions produced by construction machinery during the paving and compaction stages in the constructions of the upper,middle,and lower asphalt surface layers are calculated and the research direction of emission reduction construction technology is analyzed.
