空间光调制器相位调制特性的校正及成像研究

摘  要:液晶空间光调制器的相位调制特性在实际中存在非线性关系,因此应用中对其进行校正和补偿尤为重要。基于泰曼格林干涉测量法,测量了液晶空间光调制器的相位灰度特性曲线。进而采用三次样条插值法校正了测量得到的相位调制曲线,制作了相位与输入灰度和驱动灰度查找表,获得该空间光调制器准确的相位灰度调制关系。设计制作了焦距为100 mm校正前后的菲涅尔透镜相位灰度图,通过菲涅尔透镜的成像实验表明,校正后的菲涅尔透镜成像结果优于校正前的成像结果。结果表明采用三次样条插值法对液晶空间光调制器相位调制曲线的优化具有可靠性。The phase modulation characteristics of liquid crystal spatial light modulators are nonlinear in practice,so its correction and compensation is particularly important.Based on the Teman green interferometry,the phase gray characteristic curve of a liquid crystal spatial light modulator is measured.Then the measured curve is corrected by the cubic spline interpolation method,and the look up table of phase and input gray and driving gray is made to obtain the accurate phase gray modulation relationship of the spatial light modulator.The phase gray images of Fresnel lens with focal length of 100 mm before and after correction are designed and made.The imaging experiment of Fresnel lens shows that the imaging results of Fresnel lens after correction are better than those before correction.The results show that the cubic spline interpolation method is reliable to optimize the phase modulation curve of liquid crystal spatial light modulators.
