摘　　要：经过多年努力,我国专业纤维检验工作体系基本健全,设施装备条件明显改善,机构能力水平不断巩固,为棉花等天然纤维质量安全监管提供了有力支撑。但同时还应看到,当前部分专业纤维检验机构仍面临机构属性、经费保障、履职方式等方面的挑战,制约了纤维质量监管效能提升。棉花等天然纤维是关系国计民生的重要物资,其质量直接关系到农、工、商等交易方和广大消费者的切身利益,专业纤维检验机构在工作对象、工作位置和工作方式上都具有特殊性。在新时代新征程上,要进一步完善专业纤维检验工作体系,持续强化专业属性和公益属性,以高效能质量治理体系推进高质量发展。After many years of efforts,specialized fiber inspection system has basically been established,the facilities and equipment conditions have improved significantly,and the institution's ability level has been continuously consolidated,providing strong support for the quality supervision of cotton and other natural fibers.However,it should be noted that some specialized fiber inspection institutions still face challenges in terms of institutional attributes,funding guarantee and performance methods,which restricts the improvement of fiber quality supervision eficiency.Natural fibers such as cotton are important materials related to the national economy and people's livelihood,and their quality is directly related to the vital interests of traders such as agriculture,industry and commerce and consumers.The specialized fiber inspection institutions have special characteristics in terms of work object,position.and method.In the new era and new journey,we should further improve the working mechanism of specialized fiber inspection institutions,continuously strengthen the professional and public welfare attributes,and promote high-quality development with a high-performance quality governance system.
