从圆运动理论探讨《脾胃论》中风药的作用

摘　　要：古中医学圆运动理论认为人身中气如轴,四维如轮,轴运轮行,轮运轴灵;木火左升必右降以交金水,金水右降必左升以交木火,以成其圆运动。《脾胃论》认为“人以胃气为本”“内伤脾胃,百病由生”,擅长运用辛散升阳之风药如升麻、柴胡、苍术及羌活等调理脾胃,与圆运动的理论十分契合。文章认为《脾胃论》中应用风药能起到调理升降、益气升阳、升阳胜湿、疏肝解郁及升阳散火的功效,最终发挥枢转中土的作用,从而纠正人体圆运动的失调状态。The theory of circular motion in ancient Chinese medicine believed that the qi in the human body was like an axis,the four dimensions were like a wheel,and the axis transported the wheel movement,while the wheel transported the axis spirit.If the wood fire rises to the left,it will descend to the right to intersect with the golden water,and if the golden water falls to the right,it will rise to the left to intersect with the wood fire,in order to form its circular motion.The Piwei Lun believes that“people are based on stomach qi”and“internal injuries to the spleen and stomach lead to various diseases”,and it is skilled in using wind medicine such as Cimicifuga,Chinese thorowax root,atractylodes rhizome,and incised notopterygium rhizome and root to regulate the spleen and stomach,which is very consistent with the theory of circular movement.This article believes that the application of wind medicine in the Piwei Lun can have the effects of regulating the ascending and descending,supplementing qi and yang,promoting yang and dampness,soothing the liver and resolving depression,and promoting yang and dispersing fire.Ultimately,it can play the role of pivot and earth,thereby cor-recting the imbalance of the human body’s circular movement.
