辛开苦降法在结肠癌的运用

摘　　要：中医认为,结肠癌发生的根本原因是正气亏损、气血阴阳失调,其病机主要为痰、湿、瘀、热、毒、寒胶结于肠腑导致脏腑气机升降失常,清阳不升、浊阴不降。针对此病,治疗当以辛开苦降法为主,代表方为半夏泻心汤(《伤寒论》),通过调畅气机,从而恢复脾升胃降,恢复气血、阴阳、寒热、脏腑和谐,最终使机体达到阴平阳秘的佳境,实现带癌(瘤)生存。Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the root cause of colon cancer is the loss of healthy qi,the imbalance of qi-blood yin and yang,its pathogenesis is mainly phlegm,dampness,stasis,heat,poison,cold cement in the gut leading to the abnormal movement of zang-fu qi,Qingyang failing to ascend,and turbine-yin does not descend.In view of this disease,the treatment should be based on pungent drugs for dispersion and bitter drugs for purgation method,the representative formula is Banxia Xiexin decoction(Shanghan Lun),through regulating the qi movement,so as to restore the spleen to rise and stomach down,restore the harmony of qi and blood,yin and yang,cold and heat,zang-fu organs,and finally make the body achieve the good condition of relative equilibrium of yin-yang to achieve survival with cancer(tumor).
