参芪地黄汤治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病肾病临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察参芪地黄汤治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病肾病的临床效果及对氧化应激的影响。方法 将常州市金坛区中医医院2019年10月—2020年8月收治的、符合入选标准的糖尿病肾病患者60例随机分为两组,对照组采用降糖、降压等西医治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用参芪地黄汤治疗。比较两组中医证候评分、肾功能[血肌酐(SCR)、尿素氮(BUN)、24 h尿蛋白定量、肾小球滤过率(eGFR)]及氧化应激指标[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)]变化情况。结果 治疗后,对照组中医证候评分及肾功能、氧化应激等指标改善均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参芪地黄汤治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病肾病,能帮助患者减轻临床症状、改善肾功能、减轻氧化应激反应。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and oxidative stress of Shenqi Dihuang decoction in treating diabetic nephropa-thy of deficiency of both qi and yin syndrome.Methods Sixty patients with diabetic nephropathy who met the inclusion criteria and were admitted to Jintan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to August 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with Western medicine such as hypoglycemia and hypertension,and the treatment group was treated with Shenqi Dihuang decoction on this basis.The changes of TCM syndrome score,renal function[serum creatinine(SCR),urea nitrogen(BUN),24 h urinary protein quantity,glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)]and oxidative stress index[superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)]were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the improvement of TCM syndrome score,renal function,oxidative stress and other indicators in the control group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Dihuang decoction in treating dia-betic nephropathy of deficiency of both qi and yin syndrome can reduce the clinical symptoms,improve renal function and relieve oxi-dative stress.
