摘　　要：冠通方是王强教授根据临床治疗心血管疾病的心得所创方剂,多年的临床实践及实验研究证明其对于心血管疾病的治疗效果显著。此方以三七、丹参、地龙活血化瘀为君药,臣以清热化痰之药物,佐以益气养阴之味,用药精简、组方严谨。作者从中医理论、药物功效、现代药理及临床疗效等方面对冠通方进行组方规律的分析,以期给临床诊治心血管疾病提供更多思路。Guantong prescription,an insightful formula used clinically by Professor Wang Qiang for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases,has obvious effect on the treatment of cardiovascular disease(CVD),which is proved during clinical experiences and experi-mental studies for years.Taking Pseudo-ginseng,Salvia Miltiorrhiza and Lumbricus to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis as sovereign drug,combined with invigorating qi and nourishing yin,the medicine is concise and the prescription is rigorous.In order to provide more ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases,the author analyzed the rules of the for-mulation of Guantong prescription from the aspects of traditional Chinese medicine theory,drug efficacy,modern pharmacology and clinical effect.
