摘　　要：动脉粥样硬化(Atherosclerosis,AS)是动脉管壁内膜的一种慢性病变,近些年发病率不断升高,已成为中国乃至世界范围内危害人类健康的主要病因之一。“因衰致瘀”理论源远流长,其认为衰老的过程既属于生理现象又是病理过程。以衰为本、以瘀为滞,由此继发的“脉道不利”可诱发、加剧AS的发病。中医理论认为衰老与AS发病关系密切,其中“血瘀”这一证候贯穿始终。基于此,文章从“因衰致瘀”的角度出发,紧扣AS的病机关键,就衰老与其关系机制展开论述,以期为此病的防治提供新思路。Atherosclerosis(AS)is a chronic lesion in the atherosclerosis artery wall.The incidence has increased in recent years and has become one of the main causes of harm to human health in our country and in the world.The theory of“blood stasis due to senil-ity”has a long history.The process of aging is both physiological and pathological.Based on decline and stagnation with blood stasis,the secondary“disorder pulse”can induce and aggravate the incidence of AS.The theory of traditional Chinese medicine holds that aging is closely related to the onset of AS,among which the syndrome of“blood stasis”runs through.Based on this,this paper started from the perspective of“blood stasis due to senility”,closely focused on the pathogenesis of AS,and discussed the relationship mecha-nism between aging and AS,in order to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of AS.
