基于数据挖掘分析令狐庆教授治疗肛周脓肿的用药规律

摘　　要：目的 应用中医传承辅助平台软件(V3.0),分析令狐庆教授治疗肛周脓肿的用药规律。方法 收集整理令狐庆教授治疗肛周脓肿医案270例,利用中医传承辅助平台(V3.0)对纳入的数据进行统计分析。结果 共涵盖27味中药(累计使用频次4187次);其中使用频次在200次以上的中药共14味。对所有中药进行功效分析,清热类药物最多,达到1827次。纳入的药物以寒性为主、温性次之;苦味药物使用最多,辛味次之;归心经的药物使用频次最多,为2016次。经聚类分析得到三组核心处方组合,分别为金银花、连翘、蒲公英、皂角刺、川牛膝、当归、王不留行;紫花地丁、陈皮、野菊花、乳香、没药、漏芦、天花粉;黄芪、当归、皂角刺、牛蒡子、白芷、天花粉、炙甘草。结论 令狐庆教授治疗肛周脓肿常选用苦寒药物进行组方,但亦重视辛温;首选清热利湿类药物,同时不忘补益、解表等,寓攻于补,攻补兼施。Objective To analyze and summarize the medication rules and diagnosis and treatment ideas of Professor Linghu Qing in the treatment of perianal abscess by using the software of traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance Assistant platform(V3.0).Methods The medical records of 270 patients with perianal abscess treated by Professor Linghu Qing were collected,and the included data were statistically analyzed by using the inheritance platform of traditional Chinese medicine(V3.0).Results A total of 27 traditional Chi-nese medicines were covered(involving 4187 times of use),of which 14 were used more than 200 times.According to the efficacy analysis of all traditional Chinese medicine,heat-clearing drugs were the most,up to 1827 times.The included drugs were mainly cold,followed by warm.Bitter drugs were used the most,followed by pungent taste.Pungent meridian was the most frequently used(2016 times).After cluster analysis,three groups of core prescription combinations were obtained as follows:Flos Lonicerae,Fructus Forsythiae,Herba Taraxaci,Spina Gleditsiae,Radix Cyathulae,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Semen Vaccariae;Herba Violae,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Flos Chrysanthemi Indici,Olibanum,Myrrha,Radix Rhapontici,Radix Trichosanthis;Radix Astragali seu Hedysari,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Spina Gleditsiae,Fructus Arctii,Radix Angelicae Dahuricae,Radix Trichosanthis,Radix Glycyrrhizae Pre-parata.Conclusion Professor Linghu Qing often uses bitter cold drugs in the treatment of perianal abscess,but also pays attention to pungent and warm,and uses drugs such as clearing heat and promoting dampness,while not forgetting tonifying and relieving table,re-inforcement and elimination in combination.
