辨证分型治疗眩晕临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨中医辨证分型治疗对眩晕患者的价值。方法 选取2019年1月-2022年12月的眩晕患者102例,随机分为观察组、对照组,各51例。对照组接受倍他司汀治疗,观察组根据辨证分型进行治疗。观察指标包括中医证候积分、眩晕发作情况及治疗效果。结果 治疗前两组中医证候积分、眩晕发作频率及持续时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗1个月后,两组头晕目眩、口苦口干、心悸气短、面红目赤、胸闷脘痞评分,眩晕发作频率及持续时间均改善(P<0.05),且观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率98.04%(50/51)高于对照组的86.27%(44/51)(P<0.05)。结论 对眩晕患者实施辨证分型治疗,可有效降低中医证候积分、眩晕发作频率,并缩短眩晕发作持续时间,提高临床效果。Objective To explore value of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation and classification in the treat-ment of vertigo.Methods A total of 102 vertigo patients from January 2019 to December 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group received betahistine,and the observation group received treat-ment according to syndrome differentiation.The observation indexes included TCM syndrome score,vertigo attack and treatment effect.Results There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score,frequency and duration of vertigo between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 1 month of treatment,dizziness,dry mouth,palpitation and shortness of breath,red face and red eyes,chest tightness and epigastric swelling scores were improved in both groups(P<0.05),and the attack frequency and duration of vertigo in ob-servation group were better than control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation treatment group was 98.04%(50/51),which was higher than that of control group(86.27%,44/51)(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of syndrome differentiation treatment for vertigo patients can effectively reduce syndrome scores,attack frequency and duration,and improve the therapeutic effect.
