七厘散外敷治疗单纯性肋骨骨折72例

摘　　要：目的 观察七厘散外敷治疗单纯性肋骨骨折的临床效果。方法 将140例单纯性肋骨骨折患者随机分为肋骨外固定加外敷七厘散组(治疗组)和单纯肋骨外固定组(对照组),观察两组治疗前后的疼痛程度及临床疗效。结果 治疗后,两组疼痛评分均较治疗前有所下降,且治疗组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗显效率为66.7%(48/72),明显高于对照组的47.1%(32/68),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率为94.4%(68/72),明显高于对照组的82.4%(56/68),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 七厘散外敷治疗单纯性肋骨骨折,能明显减轻患者的疼痛情况,并提高临床效果。Objective To observe the clinical effect of external application of Qili powder on simple rib fracture.Methods A total of 140 cases of simple rib fracture were randomly divided into treatment group treated with external fixation of rib plus external applica-tion of Qili powder and control group treated with simple external fixation of rib.The pain degree and clinical effect of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results After treatment,the pain score of both groups decreased compared with that before treatment,the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 66.7%(48/72),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(47.1%,32/68),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.4%(68/72),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.4%,56/68),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Con-clusion The external application of Qili powder in the treatment of simple rib fracture can significantly reduce the pain of patients and improve the clinical effect.
