摘 要:目的建立枫香树叶和茎中没食子酸、原儿茶酸、金丝桃苷的高效液相色谱(HPLC)含量测定方法。方法Ultimate^(R)AQ-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,乙腈-0.1%磷酸水为流动相,检测波长为260 nm,流速为1 m L/min,柱温为30℃。结果没食子酸、原儿茶酸、金丝桃苷分别在2.66~53.20、3.73~74.60、6.84~136.80μg/m L的浓度范围内与峰面积的线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为98.62%、101.06%、101.93%。结论此实验所建立的方法稳定可靠、操作简易,可为枫香树叶和茎的质量控制研究提供依据。Objective To establish a high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for the simultaneous determination of gallic acid,protocatechuic acid,and hyperoside in Liquid-ambar formosana Hance leaves and stems.Methods Ultimate^(R)AQ-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)with acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid water as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength is 260 nm,The flow rate is 1 mL/min,and the column temperature is 30℃.Results Gallic acid,Protocatechuic acid,and Hyperin showed a good linear relationship with peak area in the concentration range of 2.66-53.20,3.73-74.60,6.84-136.80μg/mL respectively.The aver-age sample recovery were 98.62%,101.06%,and 101.93%,respectively.Conclusion The HPLC method established is simple,repro-ducible,and can provide a basis for the quality control research of Liquid-ambar formosana Hance leaves and stems.
