自制痛经贴穴位贴敷治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察自制痛经贴穴位贴敷治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床效果。方法 将60例患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用自制痛经贴穴位贴敷治疗,对照组采用药物治疗,共治疗3个月经周期。观察两组患者治疗前后的痛经症状评分和近、远期临床疗效。结果 干预前,两组患者痛经症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组痛经症状评分均较前下降(P<0.05),且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组近、远期总有效率分别为93.33%(28/30)、96.67%(29/30),优于对照组的80.00%(24/30)、46.67%(14/30),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采取自制痛经贴穴位贴敷治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经患者,临床效果显著,且更加简便。Objective To observe the effect of self-made acupoint application of Tongjing plaster on patients with primary dysmenor-rhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The intervention group was treated with self-made acupoint application of Tongjing plaster,and the control group was treated with drugs for 3 menstrual cycles.The dysmenorrhea symptom scores and short-term and long-term clinical effects of the two groups were observed before and af-ter treatment.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in dysmenorrhea symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the dysmenorrhea symptom score of both groups decreased compared with before(P<0.05),and the treat-ment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rates in the treatment group were 93.33%(28/30)and 96.67%(29/30),respectively,which were better than those in the control group(80.00%,24/30)and(46.67%,14/30),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made acupoint application of Tongjing plaster has significant ef-fect on primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type,and the treatment is more simple.
