竹罐联合穴位按摩干预顽固性失眠临床观察

摘　　要：目的 系统性评估竹罐联合穴位按摩对顽固性失眠患者的临床护理效果。方法 选取2022年1月-2023年1月于大连市中医医院脑病康复病房住院并接受治疗的顽固性失眠患者60例,采用信封法随机分为对照组和试验组,各30例。对照组应用常规护理联合竹罐治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合穴位按摩治疗方案,观察两组治疗前后的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、中医证候积分及临床护理满意度指标变化情况。结果 治疗后,试验组PSQI评分、中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组临床护理总满意率为93.33%(28/30),高于对照组的76.67%(23/30)(P<0.05)。结论 竹罐联合穴位按摩可显著改善顽固性失眠患者的睡眠质量,减轻其神经紧张程度,宁心安神、通经醒脑、助眠释压,临床护理效果显著,值得推广。Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical nursing effect of bamboo pot therapy combined with acupoint massage on patients with refractory insomnia.Methods From January 2022 to January 2023,60 patients with refractory insomnia hospitalized and treated in Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into a control group and a trial group using the enve-lope method.In the control group,30 cases were treated with conventional Western medicine combined with bamboo cupping therapy,while in the experimental group,30 cases were treated with acupoint massage therapy based on the control group.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score,TCM syndrome score and clinical nursing satisfaction index were observed before and after treatment.Re-sults After treatment,PSQI score and TCM syndrome score of experimental group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of clinical nursing in experimental group was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than that in control group(76.67%,23/30)(P<0.05).Conclusion The bamboo pot therapy combined with acupoint massage nursing scheme can significantly im-prove the sleep quality of patients with refractory insomnia,reduce the degree of nervous tension,assist sleep and relieve pressure.The clinical nursing effect is significant,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
